How does Woyou send and receive "offline messages"?

Woyou only supports iPhone push, client's permanent online, offline message to SMS and other functions for users who are bound to Unicom's mobile phone number.

2.Andriod mobile phone client, keep the background permanently online, actively receive messages at the client and display them to you;

3. For offline friends of other mobile phone clients or non-smart phones, you can push the message to the mobile phone bound by offline friends by free SMS, that is, send a free SMS with the prefix 10 166 to the Unicom mobile phone number bound by this friend.
