Henan Province College Entrance Examination subjects are set as "3 Liberal Arts Comprehensive" /Science Comprehensive”. "3" means Chinese, mathematics (divided into liberal arts mathematics, science mathematics), and foreign languages ??(including listening), which are compulsory subjects for candidates; liberal arts comprehensive (including politics, history, geography) and science comprehensive (including physics, chemistry, biology), It is up to the candidates to choose one of them according to their own situation. The full score for each subject of "Integrated Liberal Arts/Integrated Science" is 300 points, and the full score for all other subjects is 150 points. The total score is 750 points.

Candidates applying for sports and art majors, in addition to taking cultural subject examinations, must also pass corresponding professional examinations. Professional examinations are organized and arranged by the Provincial Education Examination Agency and relevant universities.
