Issue all rights to stop my phone?

According to the current law, the police station has no right to inform the telecommunications department to stop using your SMS function.

If you do send obscene, insulting, threatening or other information that interferes with the normal life of others, the police station can punish you according to Article 42 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, but you can't stop using your mobile phone function.

You can find the police station and ask it to show the basis for stopping the SMS function. If not, you can complain to the discipline inspection department of the public security organ at a higher level according to law. You can also bring a lawsuit to the people's court.

The evidence can be issued by the telecommunications department, and the suspension certificate can be issued.
