Samsung s20 cannot set the ringtone.

For the method of setting Samsung mobile phone ringtone, please refer to:

Method 1: put the songs in file management >; Ringtone folder, and then set it.

Method 2: Settings > Voice > Voice Call Ringtone/Voice Call Ringtone > Add > Select a song (you can directly select a stored song) > Finish.

Method ③: application program >; Music player > press and hold the song to be set > set as > voice call ring/voice call ring/call ring (call ring of the specified contact)

If the ringtone cannot be set, the following measures are recommended:

1, restart and try again;

2. Check whether the mobile phone has a system push notification, and if so, update the mobile phone to the latest system version.

3. Try changing other ringtones.

4. Back up data (contacts, text messages, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the factory settings.

If the problem still exists, it is recommended that you take your mobile phone, purchase invoice and warranty card to the local Samsung after-sales service center for testing.
