Method of transferring port number to telecom:

1. Mobile/Unicom users send a short message "CXXZ# user name # ID number" to Mobile 10086/ Unicom 100 10 to inquire about the carry-over qualification. If you are not qualified for carry-over, please go to China Mobile/China Unicom to cancel the restriction of no carry-over.

2. If the user meets the carrying requirements or the restriction has been lifted, please send a short message "SQXZ# username # ID number" to Mobile 10086/ Unicom 100 10 to apply for carrying the authorization code. (sending time of authorization code: 08: 00-2 1: 00 every day)

3. Please provide the received authorization code and personal valid certificate for verification.

4. After verification, open an account in advance.

5. On the hour of the next hour after the successful account opening, the incoming broadcast takes effect, and the user can use it normally, and the incoming call is completed.
