How to set the service password

1. The mobile phone service password is an effective certificate to identify your owner and an important certificate for Unicom users to handle business. For national mobile phone users who just activated after 20101,the service password is the last six digits of your mobile phone number, and the initial service password cannot be queried or processed.

2. If you don't know your service password, it is suggested that you can reset your password through the following channels:

1 Log in to the online business hall /02DAa login page, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts.

2. After logging in to the client login page of the mobile phone business hall, click Forgot Password, enter the mobile phone number and verification code, and then click Next. At this time, your mobile phone will receive a 6-digit SMS password, enter the SMS password, new password, verification code and other information, and then click Next to reset the service password;

Log in to the homepage of online business hall /02DAa with a random password, click Business Handling > Other Business > Service Password Settings > Password Reset, and then click "Handle Now" to follow the prompts;

4. Send the free SMS command "MMCZ#6 new password" to 100 10, and Guangdong Unicom 4G users can edit the SMS "MMCZ# 6 new password # 6 digits after ID number" and send it to10 to apply for reset.

In addition to the above methods, you can also call local 100 10 or go to the local business hall to reset your password.

Tips: For the privacy and security of your account, please don't set the service password too simple, such as1111,123456, etc.
