(2) Application conditions
1. The applicant shall meet the following basic conditions:
(1) has the nationality of the people of China, loves the socialist motherland, supports the people's constitution of China, supports the production party of China, abides by the law, has good professional ethics, is loyal to his duties, and has a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
(2) The age requirement is 35 years old and below (that is, born after March 1987 14).

2. In any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for the exam:

Second, the recruitment process
This recruitment is internal, and it is conducted by two-way selection and direct assessment. The specific process is as follows:
(1) Registration
This registration is done online, and the registration fee is free.
Please log in to Zhaopin Recruitment Registration Information System (), select relevant positions, truthfully fill in personal information and upload the electronic version (original scanning) of relevant information such as ID card, diploma and degree certificate (college graduates in 2023 are required to provide academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by graduation institutions) for registration.
Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination cannot apply for other positions.
Registration time: March 14, 2023 from 8: 00 to March18: 00.

(2) Qualification examination and assessment.
1. The preliminary qualification examination and registration shall be conducted at the same time. Each employing unit conducts the preliminary qualification examination for the corresponding positions applied for by online applicants through the Zhaopin Recruitment Registration Information System (), and timely informs the applicants of the preliminary qualification examination results through SMS, email, etc., and invites them to pay attention.
Candidates should ensure that the contact information is correct and smooth. After the communication mode is changed, the recruitment department should be informed in time.

2. The ratio of the number of job applicants to the number of recruits shall not be less than 3: 1 in principle. The number of posts that do not meet the proportional requirements can be reduced to 2: 1 upon the research and approval of the human resources department of the organization. (3) Qualification examination
Matters related to the qualification review shall be published in Panxi Talent Network and Yanbian County Public Information Network after the expiration of the assessment results.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If the applicant is found to be unqualified or fraudulent in any aspect of recruitment, his qualification for application (employment) will be cancelled at his own risk.
(4) Physical examination
The personnel to be hired determined by examination and qualification review shall be organized to go to the second-level general hospital designated by the Organization Department of Yanbian County Committee and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Yanbian County for physical examination.
The physical examination shall be carried out according to the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+02] No.65) and the Notice on Revising the General Standard of Civil Servant Examination (Trial) and the Operation Manual of Civil Servant Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 140).
From the announcement to the implementation of this public medical examination, if the state introduces new medical examination regulations, they shall be implemented in accordance with the new regulations.

Vacancies caused by being reported to cancel the employment qualification or the proposed employee voluntarily giving up during the publicity period will not be filled.
(7) Employment
1. Those who pass the examination, physical examination, inspection and publicity shall be examined and confirmed by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
2. If the employed personnel are on-the-job personnel at the grass-roots level or project service personnel, they shall provide valid written proof materials such as the agreement to terminate the employment (labor) contract issued by the original unit or the effective personnel (labor) dispute arbitration award.
3. In 2023, college graduates will sign the "Intention Agreement" first. After obtaining the diploma, degree certificate and other relevant certificates, the certificate shall go through the relevant employment procedures.
4. Upon examination and confirmation, the personnel to be employed shall report to the recruiting unit within the prescribed time limit, and the recruiting unit shall go through the employment formalities according to the relevant provisions of the state.
