All units and individuals should strictly implement the main responsibility and consciously take various prevention and control measures:

1. Stop worrying: the staff in the city where the middle-high risk area is located, the county where there are local cases, and the area where the whole region nucleic acid detection is carried out will stop working, and the relevant units should stick to their posts and wait until the risk is reduced to low.

2. declare in advance: Those who come and return to danger need to voluntarily declare relevant information in the QR code of Shaoxing Epidemic Prevention Declaration Platform and the Registration of Return to Danger in Key Areas in advance; Personal protection should be strictly done on the way back to danger. Wear a mask and wash your hands frequently in closed places such as buses and elevators.

3. Cooperate with management and control: those who come to danger or return to danger should cooperate with the unit to ask about their residence history and verify the nucleic acid test report when reporting; Employees who have come to medium-high risk areas or have a history of living in areas where cases have occurred are not allowed to take up their posts for the time being, and immediately report to their units and local village groups to cooperate with the implementation of "14+7" or "2+ 14" control measures; Other persons who live abroad for 0/4 days for self-health observation.

4. Active detection: those who come from low-risk areas outside the province and report negative nucleic acid within 48 hours will go to the willing checkpoint for free nucleic acid detection again on the fourth day after the accident; If there is no negative report of nucleic acid within 48 hours, free nucleic acid testing will be conducted at the willing checkpoint on 1 day and the 4th day; Personnel from epidemic cities in the province shall refer to the implementation.

5. Conscious reporting: Once receiving the information of risk personnel such as close contacts notified by CDC at all levels or other units by telephone, those who return to danger should immediately report to their village or unit, and report to the district CDC or district CDC step by step. Put on a mask and wait at the scene alone. It is forbidden to move and gather people again. Keep the phone open and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control personnel to investigate and deal with it.

6. Active vaccination: Vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine is the most economical and effective means to prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of severe illness and death. If you haven't been vaccinated, please take the time to get vaccinated, and take two booster shots for more than 6 months.

7. Avoid gathering: minimize the gathering of people, advocate "slow down the happy events, simplify things, and do not entertain", strictly control the scale of conference activities, wear masks throughout the conference activities, and do personal protection.

All units and individuals should actively implement the main responsibility, guard their own doors, manage their own people, and implement various prevention and control measures of their own units.

Units and individuals that do not cooperate with relevant measures for epidemic prevention and control shall be given administrative penalties such as informed criticism, warning, suspension of business for rectification according to the law. If the circumstances are serious, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law; If serious consequences are caused by concealment, misrepresentation, omission or delay in reporting, relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
