Why is there no hint in the message of ipad WeChat?

Please check whether the notification volume on your ipad is turned on.

Open the settings of ipad;

Find "Notifications and Actions" in the system;

Just find wechat and open it.

Enter WeChat and click "I" on the far right;

Click the option with Settings;

"New Message Alert" in the first option bar;

Click to turn on all sound and information notifications.

It is also possible that the phone is mute, or the volume is adjusted to the lowest level, resulting in no sound.

Turn off mute and turn up the volume.

Enter WeChat and click "I" on the far right.

Click one of the Settings options.
