2. The short message is in "sending" status, and the other party cannot receive it.

These problems are actually easy to solve.

Solution:

Open the dial pad. Press * # * # 4636 # * #, click on the mobile phone information, pull to the bottom and see an SMSC, then update (not save), update several times, then exit, and just shut down and restart.
