Why can't I find SMS in the mobile phone business hall?

If you mean to inquire about the content of the short message, our company has no right to inquire because the content of the short message involves personal privacy; If your mobile phone keeps a record of the messages you sent, you can query the contents of the messages directly on your mobile phone.

If you are interested in inquiring about SMS details, you can log in to the mobile phone business hall client and click Services > Inquiries > Other Business Inquiries > SMS MMS Details. You can query the detailed list of SMS and MMS in the last six months (including the current month).
