How to set up gsmmodem SMS anchor

1. Assembling the SMS modem includes:

1 Place the GSM mobile phone card into the black card case and insert the SMS modem (use a pen tip or pin to lightly touch the SIM on the side of the GSM MODEM antenna base) The SIM card slot will pop out automatically. Put the mobile phone SIM card in the SIM card slot (with the chip facing outward) and put the slot back into the GSM MODEM as it is)

2 Screw the antenna onto the antenna base.

3 Use a USB data cable to connect the SMS modem to the computer.

2. After connecting to the computer, the SMS modem should flash regularly. If it does not flash, please check whether the mobile phone card is normal.

3. Desktop-right-click My Computer-Properties-Hardware-Device Manager, find the linked SMS modem in the "Port (com and lpt)" below, and record its corresponding port number .

5. Find the path as shown in the figure and start "Sms_Server.exe".

6. In the pop-up interface, the port number corresponding to the device will usually be automatically matched. If you need to change it, right-click the matching settings and click Modify Port Settings: Select the port number just found in the third step; the enable status is set as shown in the figure.

7. It will usually start automatically. If it does not start, you can click to start the service in the lower right corner.

This can be set in the parameter settings and set to start the service at boot.
