Apple can't send text messages.

If it's because you can't send iMessage information through the network at present, please press and hold the content of the short message to be sent, and then select the option of sending it by short message service, as shown in the figure.

When the iMessage status has been turned on, it is best to turn it on as a short message sending option in Settings-Information. In this way, when the network is not smooth, or when there is no network, it will be automatically sent by traditional SMS.

Also, you can set up a network to solve it. Open iPhone settings.

Locate the General option and open it.

Find the "Network" option on the General Settings page and open it.

Then turn on the cellular data network.

Open all SMS/MMS fields.
