Why can’t I update when I receive a text message?

The following operations are recommended:

1. If only individual text messages cannot be opened, there may be compatibility issues. It is recommended that the other party try again.

2. If all text messages cannot be opened, after backing up the text messages, please open Settings-(Applications)-Application Manager-Find Information-Clear Data and try.

3. Check whether there is a new version of the machine system and try to upgrade the system.

4. If it doesn’t work, back up the data in the machine (contacts, text messages, photos, etc.) and try restoring factory settings.
