What are the main ways of project communication?

1. Interactive communication: the most effective way to exchange information in many directions between two or more parties to ensure that all participants reach a * * * understanding of a specific topic. Such as conference, telephone, video conference, etc. This is also a common way of communication.

Advantages: true and close (many misunderstandings can be solved by this); Easy to explain complex problems; Communication efficiency is high.

Disadvantages: no record; The communication cost is slightly higher; The efficiency of multi-person communication may be low; Once deadlocked, there is little room for manoeuvre (so face-to-face communication must be peaceful, with the aim of solving problems).

2. Push communication: Send information to specific recipients who need to accept it. It can guarantee the transmission of information, but it can't guarantee that the information is understood. For example: e-mail, text messages, leaflets and small advertisements.

3. Pull communication: the receiver accesses the information content independently. For example, Google, Baidu, Intranet, Lessons Learned Database, Knowledge Base, etc. This is usually used when there is a lot of information or a lot of people.
