In order to do a good job in the work of "external defense investment and internal defense rebound" in our district, compact the "four-party responsibility" of returnees who have local epidemics outside the province and within 7 days, and better protect the lives and health of the general public, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, individuals should fulfill their obligations of epidemic prevention and control. Returnees from other places must "double register" at their destination three days in advance. After arriving in Jimo, you must take the initiative to carry out "landing inspection" and "three inspections in five days" with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and do not participate in gathering activities, enter or leave public places or take public transportation for three days. In the near future, we should actively cooperate with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, such as scanning "site code", nucleic acid detection, health monitoring, signing the "Commitment Letter on Epidemic Prevention and Control of People in Jimo Area", etc., and pay close attention to the information of epidemic cases and asymptomatic infected people and information of medium and high risk areas. People with epidemic risk should immediately report to communities, units and hotels. Once you have symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, you should go to the nearest fever clinic immediately and don't take public transportation. Fourth, strictly detect the nucleic acids of key populations. All walks of life, especially the key personnel in four categories and 32 subcategories, should carry out nucleic acid testing in strict accordance with the prescribed frequency.
