Huawei's SMS prompt has no content.

There are many reasons for not receiving parental information. Please exclude them one by one:

A: Check whether the message is intercepted (the message was received normally, but was intercepted and not displayed in the message list). There is also a prompt (small hand icon) when the information is intercepted, but it is different from the new message prompt. You can turn off information interception (Information-); Menu-> Harassment interception-> Settings-> Harassment interception, turn off this option).

B: To check whether the operator sends short messages abnormally, please call the operator's customer service number.

C: Replace it with a normal card and test whether it can be received normally.

D: Is it a third-party application? It is recommended to change it to a native SMS application to check whether it is normal.
