Recording the time of sending the short message as time a; The time when the short message arrives at the system is recorded as time b; The time when the system sends a short message to the destination is recorded as time c.

The display time of the short message is B. Under normal circumstances, ABC is completed instantly, with a difference of a few seconds at most. However, when the network is not good, A to B and B to C may be delayed, depending on the degree of network congestion. Generally, there is a delay from B to C, so the display time of the short message is basically the same as the actual sending time. A to B is delayed, so will you. It seems that it has just been issued, but it has actually been delayed for several hours or even days.

By the way, ABC is the standard time of the system, which has nothing to do with the settings of sending and receiving mobile phones.
