1. Entry personnel:

After arriving in Yunnan, we conducted 5 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 3 days of home health monitoring, including nucleic acid detection on the day of centralized isolation medical observation on 1, 2, 3 and 5 days, and nucleic acid detection on the third day of home health monitoring to collect oropharyngeal swabs.

2. People who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days:

From now on, all the people who arrive in Yunnan will be observed at home for 7 days, and their personal health will be monitored during the period of home isolation. On the 6 th and 7 th day of isolation, the Ct value of nucleic acid detection was ≥35 for two consecutive times to release the isolation, and the condition was transferred to a designated hospital for treatment;

3. Low-risk areas:

For those who return to Yunnan from high-risk areas and low-risk areas, their body temperatures are measured in an orderly manner;

4. Prevention and control policies and regulations in the field of normalization prevention and control:

For those who have a local epidemic situation but have not clearly defined the living history of the risk area, the body temperature is measured in an orderly manner;

5. Persons returning to Yunnan under other special circumstances:

Implement the management measures of "5-day home isolation medical observation" for close contacts. When a large-scale epidemic occurs and the resources of centralized isolation points are insufficient, the management measures of "5 days of centralized isolation medical observation +5 days of home isolation medical observation" can be adopted;

For close contacts, 5 days of home isolation medical observation were carried out;

Carry out 5-day home health monitoring for the cured discharged (cabin) personnel;

For those who are positive for nucleic acid detection after discharge (cabin), isolation control measures shall be implemented in strict accordance with the Prevention and Control Plan of novel coronavirus (Ninth Edition);

For employees in high-risk positions, after leaving their jobs, they will be observed at home for 5 days or at home;

Implement 7-day home health monitoring for employees who frequently contact with positive substances and the same batch of goods;

Persons who have been subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 10 days may be released from centralized isolation medical observation.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.

Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
