A city name marked with * (asterisk) indicates that there are medium-risk or high-risk areas in the cities you have visited in the past 14 days, but this does not mean that you have actually been to these medium-high risk areas.

How long does it usually take for the asterisk "*" on the travel itinerary to disappear?

Travel card asterisks disappear in two ways.

(1)/kloc-0 disappeared after 4 days. This time limit is based on the user's own time and has nothing to do with the risk area. If the travel card asterisk still exists after 14 days, you can call the relevant communication service provider of the communication travel card to adjust it.

(2) After the risk level of the risk area is modulated to low risk, the asterisk will disappear by itself.

When will my travel card star disappear if I stay in the middle and high risk area?

According to official adjustment. If the official definition of risk level modulation is low risk, then the asterisk on your travel itinerary will disappear automatically. (If it still exists, you can call the relevant communication service provider of the communication travel card to make adjustment. )

If the current risk level is medium-high risk, your travel card will also be marked with an asterisk.

When is the asterisk "*" on travel itinerary updated?

There will be a certain time difference in data update, and synchronization is generally completed within 24 hours.

Can I travel with a travel card "*"?

If your travel itinerary is marked with an asterisk "*", it means that there are cities in the middle and high risk areas in your trip in the past 14 days. You need to further confirm whether you have been to high-risk areas. If yes, it needs to be reported to the relevant administrative department in strict accordance with the epidemic prevention management regulations in the region. If you haven't been there, you need to know the tourism policies of various places in advance before you travel, and judge whether to continue to travel according to the requirements of epidemic prevention management in various places.

Will the travel cassette "*" be quarantined?
