If you park on a no-parking road, you will immediately send a warning message or a penalty notice. When driving in front of it, it will take pictures of the car immediately, but it won't let you receive the punishment information immediately.

1. At present, the workflow of shooting illegal electronic eyes is as follows:

1. When the vehicle enters the no-parking area, the electronic police will automatically take a photo. If the vehicle leaves within 5 minutes, the photos will be automatically deleted.

2. When the vehicle illegally parks for more than 5 minutes, the electronic police will capture the second photo and upload it to the system at the same time, which will be punished according to illegal parking, but no score will be scored;

3. Only when two photos are uploaded at the same time will they be sent to the punishment system.

Second, the common places where parking is not allowed are as follows:

1. No parking is allowed on the road without stop signs and markings;

2, fire exits can't stop, and fire hydrant or fire brigade can't stop within 30 meters;

3, sharp turn, the line of sight is not good when turning, parking in the corner narrows the road surface and increases traffic accidents;

4, crosswalks and sidewalks are the roads for pedestrians to walk, and vehicles should not be parked on non-motor vehicle lanes or sidewalks at will, which will affect pedestrians' traffic;

5. Bus stops are not allowed at bus stops, which will affect the normal operation of buses.

6. No parking is allowed at intersections, which hinders the passage of other people's vehicles, making the intersections smaller and the steering space insufficient;

7. You can't stop in the blind road. The blind road is a road for the blind to walk normally. You can't park in the blind road.

To sum up, illegal parking can stop for up to 3 to 5 minutes. When the owner drives into the temporary parking area, the camera will take a photo. If the owner hasn't driven away after the temporary parking time, he will take a second photo and upload it to the system, and record it as illegal parking.

Temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in the absence of parking signs and markings, in the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks with isolation facilities, as well as crosswalks, construction sites, no parking;

(2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

(three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities;

(four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

(five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave;

(six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.
