Why can’t Litigation Software receive the verification code?

The verification cannot be received. The analysis may be due to the following situations:

1. The mobile phone has interception software installed and cannot receive the verification code. It is recommended that you disable the SMS interception of the application software. Or try changing your phone.

2. If your phone is turned off, has no signal, is in arrears, or is down, and you cannot receive verification codes and text messages, it is recommended that you restart your phone after payment and try again.

3. If the mobile phone is used overseas or the SMS verification code cannot be received when using an overseas mobile phone, it is recommended that you try to obtain it again later if the signal network is delayed.

4. The SMS verification code is not received when the SMS storage of the mobile phone is full. It is recommended that you turn your phone on and off to try.
