In order to ensure the overall social stability and people's health, the relevant requirements for strengthening the health management of entry-exit personnel outside the province are hereby notified as follows:

A, from outside the province to enter and return to Nanyang, Nanyang city must provide 48 hours of negative nucleic acid test certificate.

Second, people who enter and return to Nanyang from outside the province must hold the green code of health code and check the negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test when they arrive at Nanyang Jiang Ying Airport, high-speed railway station, railway station and long-distance bus station. Stay in hotels, bath centers and other places with overnight stay function, get the green code of health code, and check the negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test; Other ways to enter the city, to take the initiative to report to the unit, community and produce a 48-hour negative proof of nucleic acid testing.

Three, can not provide 48 hours of negative proof of nucleic acid testing, nucleic acid sampling in the nearest sampling point such as traffic station. Return to your place of residence immediately after sampling, and don't go out. Don't take public transport, participate in gathering activities or go to crowded places before the nucleic acid test results come out. After the nucleic acid test results are normal and reported to the community, normal activities can be resumed.

Four, counties and urban areas to provide convenient sampling services for people in and out of Wan, set up temporary nucleic acid detection points in traffic stations to ensure that they can be tested 24 hours a day. Passengers without nucleic acid certificates directly take samples at temporary inspection points and register personal information in detail at temporary inspection points. The inspection fee is borne by the individual, and the "mixed inspection" fee is 10.

Five, counties and urban areas should further increase the publicity of epidemic prevention and control policies, widely popularize protection knowledge, and raise the awareness of epidemic prevention and control of the whole people. It is necessary to organize news, government websites at all levels, WeChat official accounts, short videos and other new media to release the latest epidemic information and the latest prevention and control policies in a rolling way, and release the latest risk warnings in real time to remind the masses not to leave the city or the province unless necessary, and not to go to medium and high-risk areas and areas with local cases to reduce the risk of epidemic spread.
