How does China Merchants Bank open SMS reminders?

China Merchants Bank savings card to open account change notification SMS service, there are the following ways;

1. Counter: Bring the card/passbook that needs to be opened for this business, and go to our business outlets for opening, maintenance or cancellation with the withdrawal password.
