You can't send text messages until the other party turns on the phone again. (Some mobile phones can choose when sending short messages, such as saving them for one day, and the server will automatically delete the short messages after 24 hours. )

So please be careful not to send too many messages to mobile phones that are not turned on, especially those that will not be turned on for a short time.
