Samsung a8 SMS does not display the name.

The following actions are recommended:

1. Re-create a new contact to see if it is normal.

2. If all contacts can't be displayed normally, please open the settings of mobile phone-Application Manager-All-Contacts/SMS-Clear data (it is recommended to back up contacts in advance).

3. If not, back up important data (multimedia files, contacts, etc. ) and try to restore the phone to the factory settings.
