Zhengzhou implements the policy of restricting two tail numbers every day within the Third Ring Road on weekdays: restriction rules: Monday: tail numbers 1 and 6 are forbidden, Tuesday: tail numbers 2 and 7 are forbidden, Wednesday: tail numbers 3 and 8 are forbidden, Thursday: tail numbers 4 and 9 are forbidden, and Friday: tail numbers 5 and 0 are forbidden.

The time limit is 7:00-2 1:00 on weekdays, and weekends and legal holidays are not allowed. Saturdays and sundays that are adjusted to work due to legal holidays shall be limited to the working days of the corresponding holidays. The restricted area is all roads within the Third Ring Road-all roads within the East Third Ring Road (107 auxiliary road), South Third Ring Road, West Third Ring Road and North Third Ring Road (excluding this road).
