1. Click Accessibility in the phone settings menu.

2. Click the smart multi-window option.

3. Turn on the switch on the right side of the smart multi-window application bar.

4. Slide inward from the edge of the screen and pause to open the sidebar. Click the application icon to open the floating window.

You can also resize the floating window by holding down the borders of the four corners of the floating window and dragging.
