Hello, ICBC's SMS reminder for deposit and withdrawal is ICBC messenger. ICBC Messenger service charges 2 yuan/month, which can be opened in three ways:

Method 1: Bring my ID card, bank card and normal mobile phone number to the bank counter to submit an application for opening ICBC messenger service. You need to provide your ID card, bank card and mobile phone to receive SMS reminders. It will only take effect if the counter staff successfully opens it, and SMS notification will be given at the opening meeting;

Method 2: log in to ICBC's personal online banking, enter ICBC Messenger > Messenger Service Agreement > Use Agreement > Open Service Agreement > Open/Modify/Cancel > select to open customized messenger service, and confirm success.

Method 3: Go through the self-service terminal of ICBC outlets. After inserting the card and entering the password to verify the ID card, select ICBC Messenger Service-> Select Enable (View Messenger Usage Agreement)-> Enter the bound mobile phone number-> Confirm with verification code-> Enable successfully.
