In order to thoroughly publicize and implement the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, fully popularize the knowledge of occupational disease prevention and control, and create a good social atmosphere, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, we attach great importance to publicity week activities. The basis of occupational disease prevention and control in our city is relatively weak, and the degree of social awareness is not high. All departments at all levels should take publicity activities as an important part of preventing, controlling and eliminating occupational hazards and protecting workers' occupational health, strengthen leadership, actively plan, carefully organize and implement, implement necessary funds, do not go through the motions, and formulate specific implementation plans in light of reality to ensure that publicity week activities are implemented. Towns and streets should strengthen the propaganda work of occupational disease prevention and control in key occupational hazards, key populations and key industries within their jurisdiction, establish a long-term mechanism for publicity and education, especially carry out publicity activities in densely populated areas such as enterprises, stations and markets, and improve the awareness rate and influence of the whole society on the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases. Departments responsible for the supervision and administration of production safety should establish publicity, education, supervision and inspection mechanisms according to the actual situation of occupational disease prevention and control in the industry, carry out publicity in enterprises, urge and guide enterprises to carry out occupational health education and training, and continuously improve the awareness and work level of occupational disease prevention and control in enterprises.

While giving full play to the advantages of traditional media such as radio, television, newspapers and periodicals, we actively use new platforms and new carriers such as the Internet, Weibo and WeChat to widely publicize and use recommended propaganda terms (see Annex 2), disseminate knowledge of occupational disease prevention and occupational health, and realize the popularization and promotion of occupational disease prevention and publicity. Employers should combine the work of occupational health infrastructure, creating healthy workplaces and healthy enterprises, and make full use of electronic display screens, billboards, banners, internal websites, mobile phone messages and other forms to carry out publicity and interaction, improve the participation in activities, and expand the coverage and influence of activities. Around the occupational disease prevention and control institutions and occupational health technical service institutions should actively participate in the national "Occupational Disease Prevention Law" publicity week series of activities. City Safety Supervision Bureau should carry out extensive publicity activities, and use all kinds of news media to publicize occupational health knowledge and typical work experience and practices of towns, streets, departments and employers. On April 27th, a centralized publicity activity organized by the Municipal Administration of Work Safety was held in the Municipal Cultural Square (see Annex 1 for the scheme).
