Foreign (returned) Zheng personnel in Zhengzhou City must declare to their communities three days in advance, and log in to the "Zheng Hao Office" APP, the registration management system for returned Zheng personnel, and truthfully fill in their personal information. Personnel from outside the province and those from the cities where the epidemic occurred in the province must check the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours when entering Zheng. Please strictly implement personal epidemic prevention and control measures according to territorial requirements after entering Zheng.

1. People entering (returning to) Zheng from towns or streets where high-risk areas are located. Implement "14+7" measures, namely 14 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of home health monitoring. For those who enter (return to) Zhengzhou from counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located, in addition to the above towns or streets, the measures of 14 days' home isolation shall be implemented.

2. Return to Zhengzhou from other counties (cities, districts and banners) in the city where the high-risk area is located.

Implement 7-day home health monitoring, assign a "yellow code" to the health code, and allow the "yellow code" personnel to return to their places of residence, and do not go out unless it is necessary for nucleic acid testing. Normal activities will be resumed only after the home health monitoring is turned into a green code.
