If there is no prompt when sending, the other party will not receive it. There are many possible reasons:

1, information is delayed or lost due to network instability.

2. Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangxi cannot send short messages to mobile phones in other provinces;

3. Mobile phones in Hubei, Sichuan, Hebei and Chongqing need to be bound with POPO phones to receive POPO messages from other regions normally. (Mutual sending with users in this province is not subject to this restriction)

4. Maybe the receiver's mobile phone is not registered with Monternet. It is suggested to log in to/moneditor/cs/index.html and select the Monternet page in your area to register (please rest assured that it is completely free to register your mobile phone on Monternet page).

5. If the mobile phone has been turned off, it is recommended that you cancel the association between the mobile phone and POPOP, and then try to register again. If it still doesn't work properly, it is recommended to try again after one week.

6. Guangdong Volkswagen Card and other local mobile phone cards do not support POPO SMS service.

7. If you are a Unicom user, you can only send short messages to Unicom phones with POPO bound at the same time. If the other party has no binding, you can't receive them.
