What changes have occurred in the relationships between people within the system?

In eight years, I changed four units. Starting from the first township, then to the county, and finally to the city. I feel that working in the past few years has changed me a lot, especially my mentality and the perspective of looking at and handling things. Briefly describe the changes, purely typed on mobile phones:

1. Changed mentality.

I have smoothed my edges and become well-behaved, not daring to step out of my way. In government agencies, it is not a place to show your personality. It is very important to abide by the rules and act according to the rules. Innovation is okay, but it must be within the scope acceptable to leaders.

2. Learned to be obedient.

Everything the leader says is right. Subordinates must obey their superiors. The authority of the leader must be maintained! Leaders must be made to feel face-saving and respected! There should be no room for bargaining on matters assigned by the leader, just implement them. This is what my previous leaders have repeatedly warned me: I must do what the leader tells me first, and do it with joy on the spot. Don’t hesitate, and work hard to overcome any difficulties!

3. Learn to bow your head. There are all kinds of people in the system, some people like you, some people hate you, and sometimes there is no need for a reason to hate or like you. It is very important to keep your tail between your legs and keep a low profile. You should not raise your tail or be too showy, otherwise some people will not understand you. For villains, keep a respectful distance, don't offend, bow your head when you should, don't go head-on with others, and try to make as few enemies as possible!

4. Learned to be patient. All kinds of unfairness exist within the system. Some people can get something for nothing, while some people work hard to make wedding clothes for others. After harvesting flowers and turning them into honey, for whom does it work hard and for whom does it taste sweet? Treat gains and losses correctly, keep a calm mind, and don’t look at the present but look at the long term!

5. Learned to let nature take its course. The hustle and bustle in the world is all for benefit, and the hustle and bustle in the world is for benefit. It is everyone's dream to be a high-ranking official with a high position, but after all, there are too many monks, few positions, and high competition. If you are too keen on pursuing fame and status, you will be burdened by fame and fortune, leading to worries about gains and losses. If you don't have desires, you will be strong. There are times in your life that you must have, and there are no times in your life. Don't force it. Let nature take its course and don't force it.

6. Learned to take responsibility. In this society, competition is fierce. In the final analysis, you still have to rely on yourself to do a good job, be a good person, run the family well, and exercise well. This is the foundation, and everything else is just a cloud! To deal with complex external situations, you need to develop a strong heart!
