The health code can be used as an individual to enter and leave the local electronic certificate, and it can be declared once, which is universal in the whole city. It is a passport to enter the relevant city, which is applicable to all people in the relevant city and those who will return.

How to handle health codes:

On February 15, Tencent and the National Information Center jointly launched the "Health Code Standard", and are cooperating with partners such as Oriental Jin Xin to accelerate its nationwide landing. Under the guidance of the E-government Office of the General Office of the State Council, Alipay is accelerating the research and development of a national unified health code system for epidemic prevention and control. Health codes are divided into three colors: green code, yellow code and red code. According to the notification requirements recently issued by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters in COVID-19, Hubei Province, the employing unit shall go through the formalities for returning to work for those who need to return to work in the province, and report to the local county (city, district) headquarters for review. The county (city, district) headquarters will feedback the audit opinions to the employer, and the employer will notify the personnel who need to return to work to apply for the health code through the "Hubei Office" APP or "Alipay" network platform. The headquarters of the county (city, district) where the personnel who need to return to work now live can inquire about the health status of the relevant personnel through the big data platform and issue the health certificate that has been isolated for 14 days. Hubei Provincial Government Affairs Office will issue "green codes" to qualified personnel according to the big data comparison results and health certificates. Second, the applicable population
