Two possibilities:

1 SMS sent by scammers through number change software (ignored).

2. Your identity information was leaked and used by others to apply for a credit card.

(Please call ICBC customer service at 95588 immediately. If you don't have a credit card in your name, please refer to the first one. If you have a credit card in ICBC, please explain the situation to the customer service and cancel the card.

Conditions for applying for a credit card:
