A letter to a friend of Jiangmen citizens

Since Jiangmen resumed the transfer and diversion of entry personnel at Zhuhai Highway Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, counties and districts in our city have successively reported new confirmed cases imported from Hong Kong, which has brought great pressure on epidemic prevention and control in our city. In order to further strengthen the scientific and accurate prevention and control work in our city, resolutely prevent the import, spread and spillover of the epidemic, safeguard the health and life safety of the broad masses of the people, and build a solid defense line for the prevention and control of the epidemic in Jiangmen City, an initiative is now issued to the general public. During the epidemic prevention and control, I hope that everyone will continue to tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control:

First, don't travel unless necessary. Please don't go out of the province unless necessary, and don't go to overseas, domestic high-risk areas or local cities that have announced closed control, especially in the near future. If you have lived in high-risk areas at home and abroad in recent 14 days, please take the initiative to report to your community and receive corresponding health monitoring services.

Second, if you return to China, you must take precautions. Encourage returnees in key areas to report information on their own initiative, and don't hide their true itinerary, especially those who have recently returned to China from medium and high-risk areas. Please take the initiative to report to your community and unit as soon as possible, and cooperate with the territory to implement the epidemic prevention and control policy. Friends of Jiangmen citizens, especially those who live and work in high-risk areas, actively cooperate with the local authorities to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, and do not return to China unless necessary. If necessary, report to the community in advance, do a good job of self-health monitoring, and do a good job of personal protection on the way home. After returning home, take the initiative to report to the community where you live, show your health code and travel itinerary, and receive corresponding health monitoring services.

Third, more protection, not gathering. Adhere to the scientific wearing of masks, frequent hand washing and frequent ventilation. Carry forward the frugality fashion, advocate "delaying weddings and funerals, not holding banquets", not holding mass gatherings, minimizing visits to relatives and friends, and not going to crowded places unless necessary. Wear a mask when going to crowded places and medical institutions with poor ventilation, actively cooperate with temperature detection and health code inspection, and keep a social distance.

Fourth, if you feel unwell, go to see a doctor at once. Pay close attention to the health status of yourself and your family and do daily health monitoring. If you have fever, dry cough and other symptoms, wear a mask and go to a medical institution with a fever clinic to avoid contact with others. Inform patients with similar symptoms about their recent residence history and contact history.

5. If it is isolated, it must be observed. Work together to fight the epidemic, thank you! Temporary isolation is to prevent virus infection. For those who have lived in the middle-high risk area, the county where the middle-high risk area is located, the county where the risk level has not been adjusted within 14 days, and the close contacts and sub-close contacts identified by big data, if the health code is "red team", conduct home observation or centralized isolation according to regulations. During the isolation period, please follow the guidance requirements of the community and medical staff, keep regular work and rest, do proper indoor exercise, continue to do health monitoring and actively report your health status. This is not only your concern for yourself and your family, but also your sense of social responsibility.

Sixth, vaccination, strong immunity. Vaccination is still the most direct and effective means to prevent COVID-19, which has obvious effect on reducing severe illness and death. Eligible residents and friends were vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine in the whole process, and residents and friends who had completed the whole immunization for 6 months were vaccinated in time. Friends who have completed vaccination still cannot relax their vigilance and still need to adhere to personal protection.

Seven, don't believe in rumors, don't preach rumors. Civilized internet access, rational speech, enhance information discrimination, and do not spread personal privacy related to the epidemic at will. We should strive to be the defenders of social harmony and stability, understand the epidemic situation and prevention and control measures through official authoritative media, consciously resist false information on the Internet, and do not believe in rumors, spread rumors or make rumors.
