Is it expensive to send text messages from Russia to Bishkek?

I had it when I was in Russia, similar to ours.

There are many communication companies in Russia, unlike China, only China Mobile and China Unicom.

The average price is also around a dime.

Roaming fees are too expensive. Mobile phones in Moscow roam to Petersburg for half a dollar a minute.
