The handover and transportation of materials shall follow the following workflow: 1. If it meets the requirements of transit, the headquarters shall issue a transit waybill and send a copy to Dingzhou Municipal Government; 4. The consignor and consignee each hold a transit waybill, and the consignor and consignee of emergency epidemic prevention materials transmit the waybill in paper or electronic (picture) form and enter the site for transit at the same time; 5. Enter the transfer operation site, and carry out the transfer operation according to the Operation Rules for Emergency Material Transfer Station. 6. In principle, the transfer station is not allowed to store emergency epidemic prevention materials.
