If the number is displayed on the SMS icon of your mobile phone and cannot be cancelled, please solve it as follows:

1. Turn off reservationless activities in the developer options, and turn off reservationless activities in the application-settings-developer options (some model developer options are hidden).

2. It may be caused by information data error. Click Application-Settings-(More/General)-Application Manager-All-Information-Clear Data.

3. Please update the mobile phone software to the latest version, and apply-Settings-My Device-System Update (pay attention to backup the important data of the mobile phone).

4. If not, please back up the phone data and restore the phone factory settings (Settings-Reset-Restore Factory Settings).

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.

It is recommended that you apply for "booking to the store" in Samsung official website and enjoy priority maintenance service:/pre-order.

After the appointment is successful, please bring your machine, invoice and warranty card to the service center you reserved on time.
