How to review the forklift license when it expires?

If the forklift license expires and it needs to be replaced, the holder shall apply to the original license-issuing authority or the license-issuing authority where the operation is located for review within 6 days after the expiration of the validity period.

according to the assessment rules for special equipment operators, article 21: the operation certificate for special operations shall be reviewed once every three years.

if special operators have been engaged in this type of work continuously for more than 1 years within the validity period of the special operation certificate, and strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations on production safety, the review time of the special operation certificate can be extended to once every 6 years with the consent of the original assessment and certification authority or the assessment and certification authority where they work.

Article 22: If the special operation certificate needs to be reviewed, the applicant or the applicant's employer shall apply to the original examination and certification authority or the examination and certification authority where he works within 6 days before the expiration, and submit the following materials:

1. Health certificate issued by the community or medical institutions at or above the county level;

2. the situation of engaging in special operations;

3. Safety training examination qualified record.

In case of any of the following circumstances, the re-examination or postponed re-examination will not be passed:

1. Those who fail the physical examination;

2. The illegal operation has caused serious consequences or has violated the rules for more than 2 times, and it has been verified;

3. There are illegal acts in production safety, and administrative punishment is given;

4. refusing or obstructing the supervision and inspection by the safety production supervision department;

5. Failing to attend safety training as required, or failing the exam;

6. under the circumstances specified in articles 3 and 31 of these provisions.
