Notice of teachers, students and staff returning to school in the autumn semester of 2022 in Foreign-related College of Central South University of Forestry and Technology

All teachers and students of the college:

According to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Education and the College on the prevention and control of epidemic situation in autumn semester, in order to ensure the smooth and orderly start of the autumn semester in 2022, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

First, the time for teachers and students to return to school in batches.

1 grade students. 20 19, 2020, 2021:reported back to the school on Friday, August 26th, and started classes on Monday, August 29th.

2. College freshmen: School starts on Friday, August 26th, and classes begin on Monday, August 29th.

3. Freshmen of Grade 2022: School starts on August 27th and 28th (Saturday and Sunday), and physical examination and military training are conducted on August 29th (Monday).

4. Faculty: Officially start work on August 22nd (Monday).

Second, matters needing attention before returning to school (going)

1. Teachers, students and employees of the whole school should complete the health clock-in at least 14 days before returning to school, timely and accurately report personal health status and related information, check the life history and physical health status of 10 days before starting school, and report to the unit in time if there are any special circumstances.

2. Before returning to school, teachers, students and employees from other provinces (low-risk areas) should report to the community at least 1 day in advance through the function of "reporting in Hunan" of Hunan resident health card, and submit the "five packages and one" form to the epidemic prevention commissioners of various departments. Teachers and students returning from outside the province are required to enter Hunan with a 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid test, and complete the landing inspection at the first entry point to ensure that a nucleic acid test is completed within 24 hours after entering Hunan.

3. Teachers and students returning to school in the province (low-risk areas) should complete a nucleic acid test within 48 hours before returning to school.

4. Persons with abnormal health codes, those who have returned from overseas and have not completed self-health monitoring, those who have lived in the city (prefecture, state and league) where the epidemic occurred in recent 10 days, those who have been informed by the local disease control institutions or communities as close contacts, sub-close contacts, key people who may be exposed (time and space entourage), and those who have been judged by the local epidemic prevention and control department to have the risk of epidemic prevention and control, will be suspended from returning to school.

Teachers and students with fever, cough, diarrhea, decreased sense of smell (taste), rash and other symptoms will not return to school for the time being, and will return to school with the certificate of resumption of classes issued by medical institutions after being cured. Teaching arrangements for teachers and students returning to school will be notified separately by the Academic Affairs Office.

Three, back to (to) school matters needing attention

1. On the way back to school, you must wear a mask all the way when taking public transport, entering and leaving the waiting room (airport) and other crowded places, keep a safe distance as far as possible, minimize stopovers on the way, and try not to go to places outside the route.

2. During students' return to school, when relevant personnel enter the campus, they need to check the two yards in an orderly manner, measure their body temperature and scan their position codes according to the instructions of the on-site staff before entering the campus.

Students who go back to school by private car will stop and leave as soon as the vehicle is delivered to the school gate. During the registration of new students, the college will implement strict control measures to encourage new students to register independently.

IV. Matters needing attention after returning to school (going)

1. After returning to school, the teachers and students of the whole school strictly abide by the past post management regulations and do not leave school unless necessary. If you leave Hunan province, you need to complete the examination and approval procedures and report to the epidemic prevention department.

2. Adhere to daily health punching. If there are abnormal conditions such as fever, dry cough, sore throat and fatigue, they should report to epidemic prevention experts in all units and departments in time, and actively cooperate with health monitoring, epidemic prevention and control management and other measures.

3. Pay attention to personal protection, wash hands frequently, disinfect frequently, do not gather, be ventilated and clean frequently, and maintain good hygiene.

4. Teachers, students and employees who have not completed vaccination in COVID-19 should complete the whole vaccination process as soon as possible, so as to "take all the vaccinations".
