Can foreign bank cards cancel SMS service?

People from other places can cancel the SMS notification of bank cards. These methods are as follows:

1. Log in to online banking personal online banking, and in the account security management menu, select Close SMS reminder service; (Prerequisite: Online banking bank card account has been opened)

2. Call the bank's customer service. After the manual service is certified, ask the customer service staff to turn off the SMS reminder service. (Prerequisite: the bank card account of telephone banking has been opened)

3. Bring my ID card and bank card to the bank counter to submit an application for cancellation of service. You need to provide your ID card and bank card, which will take effect after the counter is successfully handled;
