Call customer service 10086. Call customer service 10086 and change the password according to the voice prompt;

Short message processing. Send the specified SMS code to 10086 for processing, such as: Guangxi Mobile sends the word "password" to 10086 and then modifies the password according to the SMS prompt;

Go to the mobile business hall. Bring the original ID card registered with the mobile phone number and the mobile phone to the local mobile business hall for password modification;

Log in to the mobile online business hall.

(1) Log in to the mobile online business hall with your mobile phone number and service password;

(2) Click Personal Settings to change the password;

③ Click to get the SMS verification code;

④ Enter the SMS verification code received on the mobile phone and verify it;

⑤ Enter the original service password, new service password and graphic verification code, and then click OK.
