A: "Time companion" refers to my mobile phone number. When it is verified by the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control system that it is associated with the mobile phone number of the confirmed case, my green health code will turn into a yellow code with warning nature and be marked as a "time companion" by the system.

3. I am a "time companion" and my health code turns yellow. How to apply for turning green?

A: Those who are given the yellow code need to have a 3-day health monitoring (report any abnormality in time) and go to the designated institution for two nucleic acid tests (on 1 and 3). If the results are all negative, it can be automatically changed to green code.

4. The yellow code is not accurate. What should I do?

A: If citizens find that the yellow code is inaccurate, they can report it to their community (village) and register it in time. Community (village), street (township) summary after the audit, the city and district CDC is responsible for turning it into a green code.

I am monitoring my health at home now. Will the yellow code become the green code in the future?

Answer: The yellow-code personnel during centralized isolation or home isolation and home health monitoring will be changed from the centralized isolation point and the community where the personnel are located to the green-code personnel after the health management expires.

6. Where should the yellow code personnel go for nucleic acid testing?

A: Yellow code personnel should take the initiative to register in the community (village) where they are located, abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations, and go to the designated sampling service point for nucleic acid detection of yellow code personnel in Zhenjiang City (see attached table) for sampling and testing. Please take your ID card with you when you go, and do personal protection all the time. Don't take public transport.

7. What should the yellow code personnel pay attention to when doing nucleic acid testing?

Answer: (1) Try to detect the wrong peak and don't get together. If there is excessive crowd gathering, please go to other special sampling service points for yellow code personnel nucleic acid detection (see annex). (2) Prepare the health code and ID card in advance, quickly cooperate with the staff for testing, and reduce the on-site stay time. (3) Make site protection, wear masks and keep a safe distance of 1m from others. (4) Don't touch the public goods at the scene at will, keep your hands clean, carry disinfection items with you, and don't forget to clean them when you get home.

8. Can the yellow code personnel go home immediately after the nucleic acid test?

A: There are two types. The first category is pure yellow code personnel without COVID-19-related symptoms. Such personnel can go home after completing the nucleic acid test. But you can't take public transport, you can't go in and out of public places, you should report to the community, incorporate it into community management, and monitor family health.

The second category is code yellow personnel with COVID-19-related symptoms, such as fever, sore throat, cough and runny nose. Therefore, you need to stay in the fever clinic and go home after the nucleic acid test results come out. After going home, the treatment is the same as that of the first type of yellow code personnel.

9. I have carried out health monitoring for 3 days, and the nucleic acid test was negative twice. Why haven't I turned the green code yet?

Answer: Those who meet the transcoding requirements but fail to transcode automatically can register with the local community (village) or street (town) with relevant certificates and apply for changing the yellow code to green code.
