How to set up and activate a family account

Method:

Go to China Mobile/China Unicom business hall. We can bring our ID card to the local mobile business hall to apply for a family number.

Or go to the official website of China Mobile to apply. Use your mobile phone account to log in to the official mobile website, find the online business hall, and then click on business processing.

When dialing a family number, customers must dial directly without adding any prefix, otherwise they will not be able to enjoy the family number call discount.
