How to cancel the mobile phone number bound by WeChat?

Log in to WeChat in Me-Settings-Logout-Click Forgotten Password, and then click Appeal at the bottom to retrieve the password of WeChat account-Start the appeal;

1. Log in to WeChat first and find my settings in the lower right corner, as shown in the figure below;

2. After entering my interface, select the setting function, as shown in the figure below;

3. After entering the setting interface, click Select Account and Security, as shown in the figure below;

4. In the account and security interface, then click on WeChat Security Center;

5. Then, after entering the WeChat Security Center, click to retrieve the account password;

6. Click Appeal on the account password retrieval interface to retrieve the WeChat account password;

7. Then, after entering the complaint to retrieve the password of WeChat account, click Start Complaint;

8. Click to start complaining and then click I remember the micro signal;

9. Enter your micro-signal, an available mobile phone number (mobile phone number that can send information) and verification code, and then click Next;

10, then ask to send a message, and click "I have already sent it, next" after sending it;

1 1. The final interface appeal was successful;

12. Log in again after the complaint is successful. After logging in successfully, check your account information again, and you will find that everything is unbound except the micro-signal.

Matters needing attention

If you forget to bind the WeChat account of your mobile phone before, so you can't bind the new WeChat account, you can retrieve the password of the old WeChat account through your mobile phone number (click here to see how to retrieve the password). After retrieving the password, you can choose to log in to the old WeChat by using the mobile phone number+WeChat password to unbind the mobile phone.
