The fire protection requirements for renting self-built houses in Huangshan are as follows:

1. The rented house is a closed space and needs a door lock device.

2. If there are more than 10 rooms in the same house or more than 15 people living in the rented house, independent fire detection alarms shall be installed in each room and public parts, and public security prevention and fire control facilities and equipment such as monitoring and fire evacuation passages shall be set up.

3. The installation and wiring of indoor electrical products meet the technical standards and management regulations for fire control.
