1. Log on to the website of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, and log on to official website with an online banking account.

2. After logging in, click the ICBC Messenger above to open it, as shown in the figure.

3. Then select the balance change reminder below and click the customize button on the right.

4. Then, according to the interface prompts, enter the mobile phone number and bank card to receive the short message and operate.
