Recently, the COVID-19 epidemic broke out in the surrounding areas, and the prevention and control situation is complicated and severe. In order to further improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation and medical treatment, make a good pass, build a strong defense line, and ensure the life and health of patients, nurses and medical staff to the maximum extent, our hospital has set up epidemic prevention and control card points at the entrances and exits of each building, and the staff will remind us to scan the code, take temperature and wear masks. All personnel must wear masks regularly during hospitalization.

Specific prevention measures are as follows:

I. Outpatient service management

1. When you enter the hospital, please always wear a mask, measure your body temperature in the triage channel, check your health code and travel code, and accept epidemiological investigation. Only when your temperature is normal and your health code and travel code are checked as green codes can you enter the clinic. Wait in line in strict accordance with the "one-meter line".

2. Patients who don't have smart phones, please cooperate with the staff to register information before going to see a doctor.

3. Consciously cooperate with the implementation of "one doctor, one patient and one consulting room" when visiting to avoid crowd gathering. Please keep the distance above 1 m when visiting a doctor, and each patient is limited to be accompanied by one family member.

4. When waiting for the doctor, sit at intervals. Please consciously keep the distance above 1 meter when checking, taking medicine, paying fees and going through admission procedures.

5. People whose health code is "green code" with ※, "yellow code" and "red code", whose body temperature is ≥37.3℃, or who have a suspicious epidemiological history, should take the initiative to go to the fever clinic for screening.

Second, the ward management

1. During hospitalization, patients are completely forbidden to visit. Telephone, WeChat, video, etc. Recommended visits and condolences.

2. Hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel should hold nucleic acid certificates within 24 hours before admission. Hospitalized patients are limited to one person to accompany them, and patients and accompanying personnel need to carry out nucleic acid testing according to the requirements of the department.

3. The escort personnel shall enter and leave the ward with the escort certificate, and the inpatients shall enter and leave the ward with the "wristband". No entry or exit without relevant documents.

4. During hospitalization, the accompanying personnel must abide by the regulations of the hospital, wear masks, move in a limited area, and it is forbidden to walk across wards and gather people to chat.

5. Keep the air in the ward fresh, increase the frequency of window ventilation, open the window at least twice a day for at least 30 minutes each time, and keep warm during ventilation to avoid catching a cold.

6. Take the initiative to cooperate with body temperature detection and do a good job in personal health monitoring. If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue or other suspicious symptoms, you should report to the medical staff immediately.

Third, fever clinic management

1. All patients entering the fever clinic must undergo COVID-19 nucleic acid test.

2. For patients with respiratory symptoms such as fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, fatigue such as diarrhea, myalgia, conjunctivitis, decreased sense of smell and taste, go directly to the fever clinic.

3. Patients with suspected epidemiological history and contact history with the above symptoms must be led to the fever clinic for investigation.

4. Suspicious epidemiological history and contact history include but are not limited to the following:

Having lived abroad and in high-risk areas within 28 days;

Fourth, personal hygiene habits

Pay attention to personal hygiene, cover your mouth and nose with tissue when coughing or sneezing, wash your hands frequently, don't touch your mouth, eyes and nose with dirty hands, and don't spit everywhere. Wrap the nose and mouth secretions with paper towels and put them in a covered trash can for disposal.
