One-click payment means that the bank sends a short message to inform you that there is information such as water, electricity and coal waiting to be handed over, and actively prompts you to hand it over. If you agree, you can reply to a group of characters representing agreement, and the system will deduct the fee and send you a text message to inform you of the successful result of deduction. If you don't agree, you can reply to another set of characters representing rejection, and the system will not do anything. You can pay according to the original payment method. Contract withholding refers to the service that you sign a contract with the bank for a certain livelihood payment item (such as water, electricity and coal), and the bank will automatically deduct money from the deduction account you signed according to the billing date and billing frequency of the institution to which the payment item belongs, and send you a short message to inform you of the deduction result.
